MASON CITY, IA- A Mason City man is in jail facing assault charges. Police arrested 19-year old Nicholas Linderman. He's facing a Domestic Assault charge and 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse charge. Police say a local resident reported an assault by someone she knew. The victim's information isn't being released right now. Linderman's initial appearance is Saturday.
